1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aionify ("the Platform"), operated by BaseAI Works ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Aionify provides AI-powered commerce tools including checkout page builders, product management, course creation, customer management, and analytics. The Platform is a multi-tenant SaaS application where each user operates within their own organization workspace.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Sell prohibited or illegal products or services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payments & Billing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using commerce features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Transaction fees and platform pricing are outlined on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. The Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe, TikTok, Meta, Google, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encryption, and access controls to protect your data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the Platform settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aionify and BaseAI Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
