Third-Party Integration Data

When you connect third-party services (such as TikTok, Meta, or Google), we receive and store OAuth access tokens and basic account information necessary to maintain the integration. We access only the data scopes you explicitly authorize during the connection flow.

  • To send conversion events to advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Pixel) on your behalf when you configure these integrations

  • Payment processing: Order and payment data is shared with Stripe to process transactions.
  • Advertising platforms: When you configure pixel tracking (e.g., TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics), checkout events are sent to those platforms to enable your ad attribution and optimization.
  • Email delivery: Transactional emails are sent through Resend.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Row-level security (RLS) ensuring complete tenant data isolation
  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Secure token storage for third-party integrations
  • Role-based access controls within organizations

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. When you enable analytics or advertising integrations (e.g., TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics) on your checkout pages, those third-party scripts may set additional cookies on your customers' browsers according to their own cookie policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Commerce data (orders, customers) is retained for legal and accounting purposes. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, while anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
